"Everything Old Is New" is the fifteenth chapter of the first volume of Star Trek: Federation Legacy, written between November 2015 and January 2016 and published on 14 January 2016 by CaptFredricks.

Jason Fredricks and Tala Jones find themselves trapped on Drozana Station nearly 150 years in the past. In the present, their crewmates formulate a plan to stop the Devidians and rescue them before it's too late.

Teaser Edit

Jason Fredricks and Tala Jones awaken to find themselves in a detention cell. Fredricks infers that the Devidian portal they entered must have taken them back in time to the 23rd century. Jones states that they must warn someone of the Devidian threat, but Security Chief Simien tells them to be quiet. She tells them that they are being detained because they are suspected of giving away classified Starfleet records to the Klingons. Fredricks denies it, but Simien says that the station's commander, Kendra Reaver, will determine their fates.

Act One Edit

Meanwhile, their fellow officers, Dylyp Azeli, Lucas Wells, and Elisa Flores, along with their newfound companion Kardok, are heading for Drozana's computer core in the hopes that they can find another Devidian portal there.
