P'Jem was a planet in the P'Jem system.[1] It was located a few light years from the planet Vulcan. The planet served as the home of an ancient Vulcan monastery.[2]
History[]
On 7 February 2409 (83189.1), P'Jem was the site of a conflict between a small group of Starfleet officers from the USS Leviathan and several squads Klingon officers. The Klingons had sent their forces down to kill Vulcan Ambassador Sokketh, whom they claimed was actually an Undine. Sokketh, escorted by the Starfleet away team, eventually revealed himself to be an Undine shapeshifter intent on killing and posing as the Vulcan abbot on P'Jem. The impostor's plans were thwarted, and he fled from the planet by posing as the Klingons' captain.[3]
